05MY Vehicle details on Subaru website
IM have published the 05my details on the Subaru website (press release) format only yet.

Some interesting bits and pieces there. Wouldn't mind getting my hands on a spec.B or 2.5 XT.

You're quite right though - probably a bit of photoshop magic.

There's no sign of an exhaust on the right in this pic: http://gallery65966.fotopic.net/p7415217.html
Also the JDM car definitely has the exhaust on the left.
Most of the stuff in the press release is well known already - we now just have confirmation of the price increase. It's also interesting to note how DCCD is standard and not just an option - I pity the WR1 owners right now (although with the cost increase for '05 they've not done too badly).
Meanwhile the JDM car gets all the new upgrades plus even wider (235) tyres and a further developed engine - but although it's cheaper than a UK car at list price plus PPP, a Euro import MY05 starts to look very attractive indeed.

IMHO you can also get the car in nicer colours than the WR1. Certainly wouldnt have a WR1 instead of the new beast

You've got to hand it to the dealer network, they definitely have a sense of humour
Mitsubishi dealers are just as bad mind - I was offered £6500 for my old car against an Evo FQ-300. Sold it a few weeks later for £8,900...

LOL@ Andy.
I probably should've waited before ordering the 04 but patience isn't a virtue I possess!!
Besides I've got the car set up perfectly now and just waiting for PPP.
Jason
6 grand........ Can you believe it?????
I'm still recovering!

The Scooby was 5 months old and had a list price of £24,000 when new. I'll never forget it, the dealer offered me £12500

The price loss on WRX's does not seem as bad then when it is balanced against the loss of the STI's, at least in trade in price.
