1600cc 2-Door Classic
I'm killing time waiting for an email from Japan, so I looked at all of the Scoobies listed for auction today and one particularly caught my eye (there was a nice Grade 4 22B the other day...)
'1995: Impreza: 4WDCoupe: GC4: 1600: 143: Silver: PW PS RearSpoiler'
This will probably sell for about £200 - £300 and it looks like the bast*rd child of a Type R and an 1800 GL.....
It's begging for flip paint and Burberry seat covers; innit?

I've just worked out that I can buy the cars to make my own STI 1 Type R for £1,250 ffs! Where are my spanners?
.....and I will paint it blue, inspired by the Grade IV 22B that's being sold tomorrow with a starting price of about £13,000

One would cost at least £2,200 landed; I'm not convinced that they're worth it. Still; 1600cc SOHC 16 valve with 100 horsepower and an attractice body.....

PMSL!!!
If your gonna just use the shell sounds like good value at £200/£300.

That's the likely sale price; on top of that you need transportation; inspection & de-registration; loading and buyers commission. When it's loaded all you have to pay is shipping (£420) UK port fees; duty and VAT (on everything!). I estimate the landed duty-paid price to be at least £1,800. If it was less I'd have bid on it already!

It's not a public site I'm afraid; more of a trade buyer's portal which correlates auction date from a number of auction house sites nationwide.
