I have just been quoted £210 from Bell and Colvill in Surrey for my 15,000 mile service.

It sound expensive to me.

Anyone get it cheaper than this and where?

Please post as I can travel to get it done or they say they will match the price.

Cheers
Paul

SGT were £190/Ace Kensington £195.

Marlborough Isleworth quoted about £400+ and insisted that was correct !

Just paid £108 for the 7500 mile service at Cheam Motors (incl VAT, SIDC 10% discount and Mobil 1 Motorsport oil), so I don't think it would be unreasonable to pay around £200 for the 15000 miler.

From memory my 15,000 (12 month) service at Lancaster Sevenoaks was c£120, although I then had the body service done and was charged another £150ish.

Perhaps your guys are including that in the £220, if so it's good value.

I can't believe the price varies by £100 or so. I guess my original quote is okay.

I will try Cheam for a cheaper price than Ace and then get Bell to meet the best price.

If you are interested I'll let you know how it finishes up by posting in here.

Thumbs up

Probably of no use to you 'cause i'm in Scotland, but I just checked my 15000 mile service invoice paid in May this year and it came to £197 inc. vat for service and annual body inspection.

I am getting the service done on Friday for £152 (incl) plus £10 for insurance on a courtesy car (that won't be a Justy!).

It was from Cheam Motors and will include Mobil 1.

PS: Bell & Colvill then offered to do it for £159 (incl) cheek. Just goes to show that with all that customer satisfaction survey success there are still dealers that are ripping the **** out of all of us.

Hope this sets the standard for all of you.

Thanks for the help

Got to agree with Sunil

At the end of the day the quality of the people servicing your car is the most important thing. The fact that Cheam offered you a great deal is an even bigger bonus.

Cheam Motors know what they are talking about. They've been selling Subaru's for years and haven't just got in on the Turbo bandwagon like some dealers.

My car was bought new from Cheam Motors and it's the only place it will be serviced.

Chris

(If anyone from Cheam Motors is reading this then, yes, cash will be fine )
