Contesting speeding tickets???
#1
Hi
Probably quite a daft question, but I've been reading on quite a few threads recently about people who have contested speeding tickets, and managed to either "get off" of them completely, or drastically reduce them.
How do you go about doing this if you get a fixed penalty notice or a court summons through the letter box????? - not relevant to me at the moment , but could be useful in the future!!!
Kelvin.
btw. in case you were wondering, I'm not in favour of dangerous drivers who manage to "flout" the law, but I am against ridiculous fines for people who are perhaps 3-5mph over the limit .
