Hi all!

Yeah, changed handbrake shoes today, had to replace radiator reservoir last night when the end came off in my hand ... ( waits for the oohhh err missus ! ) as I was taking the old hose off to putthe samco hoses on!

Cost a soddin load for a new one, at least they had 2 in stock! And I got a little discount!

Jason - How's yours going now ??

Can't paint mate, unless it's cars!

How did the re-wire go? Power on again I guess as you are back on line!

Mine goes in for surgery on Tuesday, the clutch has a terminal illness and has deteriorated rather rapidly over the last few days. Simon (RRH) put me in touch with a guy called Andy at Southport Service Center, really nice guy, works on Scooby's gets my vote! He's filling the gearbox with Syntrax at the same time, so the car should be happy again by Wednesday. Driving round in the golf GTi at the moment. It's funny, I have to slow down for bends and have my foot to the floor waiting for the turbo to kick in (but obviously it doesn't because it hasn't got one. I miss the Scooby!)

I can paint Julian. I'm away for most of September but if you need a hand with anything (simple DIY and destruction) in October let me know and I'll give you a hand one Saturday/Sunday.

Julian, your car would be worth £500, if it wasn't such a shed
