Default £80 market research opportunity in london for impreza owner

Been offered this but can't do it.

Few conditions apply.

You need to be able to take some digital pictures of the car.
You need to have bought the car from new and be able to prove that (V5).
The car needs to be privately owned.
I am unsure of exact location but know it to be central london at 8pm this thursday.

This is not dodgy, I was informed by a regular market research contact and have completed interviews for them before. They were after several models of car owners but haven't found an impreza owner yet.

It is £80 cash for 2 hours work.

I think there is only one place, but I may be wrong, I know they don't have any yet for the impreza, so maybe there may be more I will forward contact details to you on a first come first served basis.

Need replies asap basically.

please pm, do not email.

I was in the same boat, hence no good for me. Needs to be owned from new.

Am guessing they are going to ask about UK dealerships so I guess it needs to be a UK car.

can't believe there is no interest in a tax free £80 for 2 hours work!

if you are a good citizen then I suppose it isn't tax free. Would assume they give you cash in an envelope andyou should declare it like you do any other income.

Don't take this the wrong way Adam, I'm sure there is nothing dodgy about it but..
You wouldn't catch me turning up in Central London to an undisclosed location brandishing my log book in a Subaru Impreza.

Not for £80 anyway.

think they allow you to take a picture of your log book as proof.

Who said anything about turning up in london in the impreza? I assume there are enough people on this site who work in london and can walk or tube there after work.

On top if that, someone stealing your log book and filling it in does not equate to them taking possession of your car. the log book gives details of the keeper not the owner.

It would be stupid for a thief to steal your log book then register it in his name at his address, wouldnt give him access to much.

I suppose he could always ring the police and claim you had stolen his car!

Not very likely though, is it?
