Just sitting at a set of temp traffic lights guy pulls up behind the usual **** big spoiler base ball cap backwards not sure of the car type ???? you know what i mean i think !
9.30pm
I pass him in a layby he pulls off and up behind me at these lights
I'm first in the line of traffic hes second then other cars..I think his mate was up along side him but lane was closed off,
someone smashes an egg off the front screen of my scoob with a loud hard bang,I didnt get out just drove and washed the car down with a hose later
The egg either came from a car coming through the lights or from ????
Anyway just thought i'd ask the question,
Its not bothered me but the missis was worried

Lucky, eggs can do some damage if thrown hard enough

There's a bunch of ***** round Halesowen way who are up to this "prank" normally do driving past pubs and clubs, but have been known to egg cars too

Sure it wasnt kids hiding and throwing them at cars? I had a bottle recently that just missed my car - pulled over, picked it up (landed on a grass verge) then threw it back at the little ****.

Wouldnt have thought another modded/sports car owner would do that TBH. If so a poor show. Wee neds tend to only throw out their McDonalds bag of crap out the window. For them to have an egg handy (unless an Egg McMuffin) is unlikely.

I'd just make sure your car paint is ok - forget it. These things can happen to anyone. Last year I had a brick smashed onto my car bonnet from a bridge on the motorway as I was doing 70mph (look for my old thread) - its just unlucky I guess.

Is there anything to make you think it would be the ned driver or his mate?
