Whats it worth?

Ok guys, my friend wants to sell his wagon (description to follow) and is looking for about £14,500.00 for it. Is he out-pricing himself or is it fair and reasonable?

Description: Impreza 5Door Estate WRX (silver)
2002 (52plate)
10K miles (just under)
All usual extras ,CD A/C & Airbags etc.
Perfect condition
FSH

I would say he has got no chance of getting that sort of money especially as its the less popular bugeye version, even with low miles.

£12k would be more like it IMHO.
