Why is it when I reply to a post it doesn't appear straight away ? any ideas welcome

Oh and try hitting refresh a few times.

I like my computers to go like my car (and women) Fast! but seriously the refresh makes no difference I blame it on my freeserve account

Jake,

try SHIFT Refresh, which _should_ force your browser to bypass any proxy caches (which your ISP may use) and go to the original server for the data. It works for me (on Demon).

Hi Jake
You could try putting a ? after the address in your address bar and then hitting return.
I don't know all the techno stuff, but 'it works for me'
