Default Scooby rear ended

yep thats right

some c**t drove into the back of me while i was stationary waiting to pull onto a carriageway

all the boot has been pushed toward the spare wheel and u can see the damage to the bumper.

i feel sick inside and sorry angry and the stupid old c**t.

his words were "its ok, there's no damage"

wot pisses me off the most is the fact that i'm only using the RB5 because my Focus is off the road with a massive screw thru the front tyre!!!

sorry to here this mark, have you been checked out @ hospital or ya doctors???? the more times you have been complaining about pains etc goes on record and helps! as for the repair DONT let ya insurance company make you use DWS bodywork in grays! they f**ked my scooby up and took four attempts to repair it properly! if your after an A1 job i can pass a number on of someone in crays hill/basildon who is doing the repray on the tuscan next week!

Thumbs down

Mark ... really sorry to hear about that dude.

You need to get a written diagnosis from a doctor ... once you have this you can claim personal injury.

Regarding the car do not let the insurance company take to their repair centre. Get it down to Darcy at Prestige Autoworks in Southend. He's worked on my car, Mark (Rhybeck) and loads of others. His work is second to none. Rhybeck is the worst person for allowing anyone to touch his car and he was over the moon with how Darcy left his car after it was front ended!

Real sorry to hear it dude. What an ***!!

I know how you feel same thing happened to me yesterday. I went to the hospital for a check up. got a note saying "RTA- soft tissuel injury on neck and wrist" Treatment " pain killers"

Also you need to report this to the police asap. I think it with in 4 hours then you have 7 days to fill out the paper work. Do it b4 the other drive does it first.

Ian Comer - Brilliant Accident Solicitor (he's on some national accident advisory panel). Sorry - I don't have his number to hand but should come up in a web search!

my insurance co (tesco) solicitors have been on the phone to me already.

have taken all my details and the other blokes (he was insured .... phew!!!)

they have taken all info on my neck and back pain and the headaches, the lack of sleep and uncomfortableness of driving again etc etc and have noted that i have called my GP and booked an appointemnt at their earliest opening.

when i mentioned to the other guy that it was about £1800 for the repair he said "ooo heck, best go thru the insurance then"

i said "too late anyway mate, i called mine at 8am this morning and have advised them on the neck & back pain"

he started mumbling about how stupid he was etc lol
