Been doing this for months now and feel bad I didn't bring it to peoples attention earlier, (I did at work honest).
The easiest thing is set it to be your homepage when you fire your browser up that way you wont forget to click each day

the bloody fire wall at our place wont let me, how bloody tight is that, i'll have a word with the IT boys, and if its not changed i'll name and shame !!
