PPP
I have just had PPP fitted to my WRX 03 5dr and what a difference. Power delivery is spot on and the exhaust sounds the business. I have the old exhaust in 2 bits - is the smaller bit the second smaller CAT? My previous car was a P1 and I can honestly say that I am not missing the power so much now!

I did the same for a MY04 WRX ....
I'm not interested in the Sti (too much) or modding (too old) ... for me the PPP was ace ...
No idea how fast me car is now ... don'y car .... it leaves a HUGE smile on my face when I start her up and drive her ....
thats all that matters !

Sounds like a moggy with a bladder problem.
I was P1 to standard Bugeye & got withdrawal symptons so got a 03WRX Stealth Wagon with PPP.
Then after Eibachs,Prodrive geometry,18" PFF7'S & 335mm Brembos its . . . .
. . . Sorted.

They dont replace the downpipe with a high flow cat on the WRX, only the STI.........they only remove the center cat on the WRX PPP.

I thought they had to keep some sort of cat for emissions & cel light issues. You can see a hole for a sensor which would have to go back somewhere on the PPP pipe I guess.
This is what I got back after mine was fitted.

The short length with the cat is replaced with a straight through section. This is the first length of the mid section.
The downpipe race cat is fitted to the STi PPP - I've come across some continental owners who've fitted this and the std STi up-pipe to give another 15/20 bhp on the WRX PPP.

Smart looking car Mark. I'm looking at 18s (Prodrive gold but previous design) plus bigger brakes etc and possibly uprated front seats. I'm so pleased with the performance now I just wish I'd done this in the first place and saved myself a few pounds!

I have gone from Red Classic to Sonic Blue P1 to Blue Mica UK300 to Graphite Black WRX. I wanted subtle & stealthy, not too "in your face" yet still get looks from those in the know. Hopefully I have achieved this.
