From what I now hear, you cannot SVA a car made after 1/1/97 although the various importers are trying to get around it. Unless you can get a model report for it. May help or not!!

I've heard of someone importing a spec C as a motorbility car, i.e. fitted a handle on the steering wheel and once it passed the SVA they just removed it.
