Default Year 1 body service

What's your opinion on this one. Have a UK WRX 03 and my local dealer wants approx £120-£130 to do the Year 1 Body Inspection. Sounds like a hell of a lot to me.

Is this way over the odds? Have you had it done; what did it cost, was this a fixed price or vary depending on what treatment if any was needed?

Appreciate your comments and feedback.

JK

Blimey. Did he do that as part of your service (my 10k service was done months ago)?

Who is your dealer, my local one is Cheam Motors.

Wink

Would imagine that the dealer did an inspection free, but would not have re-applied underbody protection free.
I did mine myself last week at work and found that it was only the wheel arches that needed another coat, the chassis and other underbody areas were fine.
