And as for TG, I watch it accompanied by a large pinch of salt. But not as big a pinch as that for Auto Express...
Does that make sense??

Nic elist, but it is just about every credible "performance" car that was produced last year, so no big deal its on the "top 25" list, but tenth aint bad
Nice to see the 350z on top, v nice motors.

hmm not another EVO v Scoob thread on the horizon....iv tried and owned them both and currently have a EVO FQ330 running around 360/325,hmmm i think i know which one id rather have,in fact the only car i could think that is within most peoples reach that could touch a evo is a car that most of us could never afford ferrari,911GT3,etc etc,i mean the nissan, mini and mazda ahead of both the evo and WR1 what planet is that magazine on!!!

I was quite impressed with the 350zx in the metal (altho didnt like the orange leather, and you have to pay extra for it lol, ill take the black thanks) and actually preferred it much more to the RX8.
I know they are diff cars, on a 4 seater other a 2 but they always seem to be pitted against each other.

Yes I don't think they are talking about T25 listed in order of 0-60 performance!
It is possible, odd though it may seem to some on here, that others look for other qualities in a car when making an overall assessment.

But affordability is obviously a major factor, as is performance. Perhaps they also consider availability, accessability, practicality, desirability, residuals, comfort levels, etc. The 350Z would score higher than a GT3 in some of those categories and, obviously, lower in others.

Doesn't really matter what some mag thinks. Whats important is what you "require" from your car. I personally would put the WR1 in first place but I am biased to say the least as it satisfies my requirements and puts a huge grin on my face. Acceleration, handling, looks and value for money does it for me. Yes there are some out there who would Kev a car up to do other wonderous things and I respect them for that but that just isn't me. My other half has a Cooper S Works and rightly adores it for a different role and reasons than a Scoobie. Having said that if she had to select one car it would be the WR1 as we are both nuts about Scoobies.
The point I'm making in a long way is that these lists are guides and obviously have someone elses opinion at the base of them. Does it really matter so long as you have a smile on your face? I DO!!
Happy drivin'!

Poll:
Are non-WR1 owners obsessed with sniping at those that do?
a) Yes
b) Obviously
c) Stupid question, of course they are
PS. Did 22B/P1 owners get this much flak when those cars came out?

The 22b and P1 were huge improvements over the standard car.
