MY04 WRX PPP almost there
Yo ALl
Well my quest for a WRX continues and gets closer. I dicussed finance today for a new WRX with my local dealer and was better than I thought. A few more questions please:
1) With respect to the 3 years free service etc, what is this really worth in reality (on average)? 500? 1000? 1500 ?
2) How will PPP effect fuel use if the car is being driven gently (a lot of the time a baby will be in the back so I will be going really easy). I just want the PPP for those times I can get out on my own for a quick blast to de-stress !
3) Not going for sunroof or heated seats - just did not think they were worth it (given that the car IS less about comfort - more to do with performance). Any one agree or think I'm cheap skate ?!
thanks all

Point 1:... not a clue
Point 2:.... Maybe slightly better (due to the increased torque)
Point 3:.... No need for heated seats, If you want them get a Jag... and with Air con I
do not miss a sunroof

I would estimate the servicing package is worth not much more than £800 tops. PPP fuel use varies I think but most people seem to find it less economical than a standard WRX. Losing the SL options is fine - you won't miss them and also there is climate control - I find sunroofs a pain - noisy, cuase air locks in the cabin at higher speed (sore ears etc).
Good package all round I think - what colour you going for?,

eh markus it'll cost you 250 for the 1st and 2nd years service but about 500 big ones for the third year
sod the sunroof
heated seats are for wimps (never noticed it cold all winter)
i reckon fuel economy gets worse but when you have ppp you just cannot drive carefully
dont dare not get the ppp. An sti aint an sti without ppp.
