If you have the car it's on the vin plate under the bonnet.

If you haven't got the car then wait for the reply from someone that does know

agreed - although if you are ordering a touch-up stick remember to dab very thinly or you'll end up with it looking more like Dark Blue Mica (like on my bonnet DOH )
