AnG Services in Park Royal. Ex main dealer mechanic (Ace Kensington). They're a busy, no-nonsense, garage and charge accordingly. You deal direct with the mechanic which is nice.

To gossythevalleta thats the same garage, marlborough in isleworth. I had just bought some new alloys three hours before taking it to them and five days later after i'm sure they had there little mechs all driving it, it came back with some massive damage to the front wheel and i'm still trying to get them to pay for it.

thanks to everyone for all the replies i'll go check them all out.

Cheers Darren.

I've now got the problem that i rang them both up and got one quote from power engeneering £350 and AnG for only £280 has anybody had any probs at either of the two to put them off going again. I'm enclined to go for the cheeper although have heard good things about PE, it's my 15'000 mile service not to sure if this is a major one or just standerd so, any advice like before would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers Darren.

Darren,

AnG is run by my uncles and my dad who employ abotu 20 mechanics/bodyshop guys. They are not an authorised subaru dealership so couldnt do warranty work but can do anything else. Dad used to work for Ace kensington in Acton and has all the Subaru qualifications.

Not bothered if you do go down to Power Engineering or AnG just pointed out AnG isnt some small garage, they know their stuff.

Slowboy keeps recommending people to AnG and all the people from West London that go havent had a problem and are now AnG customers. Maybe Rich i should talk to you about commission! lol

They have done all the work on my car

Darren, if you go down there, speak to Angie. Any problems, blame me. Or better still, blame slowboy

They are cheaper cause they were pissed off with subaru dealership prices. Still use same parts, still have same qualified mechanics, just not stupidly expensive. Their charge out rate is £40 per hour where as dealerships are like £70. Ace Kensington used to charge about £1000 to change the bloody clutch! lol. And they used to have the customers there to charge it
