WRX PPP Silencer / Tailpipe
I have a 04 WRX and intend ( when finances allow ) getting the PPP fitted.
Has anyone got or can tell me where to find a picture of the silencer / tailpipe they fit.
Does it look tacky ?? I like my car to look nice and original if possible.
Does the new tailpipe help the performance, or is it just for the sound ??
Also for cruising type driving does it really boost economy as I have been led to believe ?
Thanks

No it doesn't look tacky, just a single large bore exit pipe and I believe the backbox does improve performance slightly, presumably by reducing back pressure.
After I had the PPP fitted ecconomy rose by apprx 2 MPG, due to more torque being available and therefore less gear changes and revs required.
Thrash it and it will use more!

Exhaust bore is IMHO nicely in between too small (pea shooter) & too large (Max Power)
This is it on my 03 Stealth Wagon.

Brand New - No you can't, you can only buy the WRSport version (oval tailpipe).
