Default T20 -v- WR1 ????

after months of deliberating, I have cashed in my WR1 order in favour of the T25's little bro, the T20 - same as the T25 in all respects based on JDM STI GL (with its lovely red dials, DCCD and folding mirrors) plus (AST 14 way adjustable suspension, miltek complete system, caster adjustment, front lip spoiler, bridgestones, remap, braided hoses etc) save that it uses the stock JDM 2.0 twin scroll, equal length headers AND it's BLACK and all for less than a WR1- I CAN'T BL**DY WAIT - Cheers Iain....headache over!

You don't have to "get used" to anything in this case, all you have to do is read WR-one's post. Seems he explains more than adequately what a "t20" is.

Perhaps he's curious to know some more info(as am I!). The is the first time I have seen it mentioned on here as an alternative to the Spec C/WR1/T25. No need for the unconstructive comments!

Same here, never even heard of the Type20, i take it its an import like the Type25 n Spec C but i cant see it being as fast as the WR1 or as as limited so will it hold its value like the WR1???

Sounds like an awesome motor tho and at a bargain price too.

Nothing appears to be as fast as the WR1 at the moment!

I imagine if Iain built a T25 engined Spec C the WR1 would have superior performance figures

I must admit have being toying with a change and a Type 'C' with a 2.5 seems good value @ only Ł1K more than the T25

As you might have guessed from my ID, I have a Type 20 .. Chrystal Grey with anthracite wheels. Cost is just shy of Ł30K. Can't tell you how different it is from any other scooby as not driven any others. All I know is it goes like stink and sticks to the road like no business. I even managed to get a speeding ticket after 5 hrs driving and I was only running in !!

Check out Iain's site : http://www.litchfieldimports.co.uk/subaru/my05_JDM.html and look at the bottom left.
T20 isn't as quick as the T25, but it has all the T25 gizmoes and costs a lot less. Seems good value to me .... but there again I haven't tried to sell it yet !!

As for BHP .. it i supposed to be c.330. I had mine mapped on a Very hot day .. 26.5 degrees air temp and it peaked at 316. I don't know about these things but was told that was good for such temperatures and would read nearer 330 if temp nearer 15 degrees.
