I'd be very interested to hear how the results turns out for you

Superchips 'attempted' to do my stone chips a couple of weeks ago

and what a bloody mess they made

Ending up with the superchips bloke having to mop my bonnet to remove the mess he'd made,...claiming that the car ''must be Supaguarded''..''If I'd known that before,I wouldn't have taken the job on''

Well
The guy is still here, as I said before my car was pretty bad (Very).
It is looking 10x better so far. He (Andy) is tackling the supermarket trolly scratch at the moment which has required a rub down type repair, he is also going to have a go at my wheels as well

So I will give my final verdict a bit later.... he was only going to be here for half a day

PS. He did have a bit of a moan as to why I had left it so long (why leave it till it is this bad). Fair comment I think

All the best
Pete

Thumbs up

Well
I have got to say what an EXCELLENT job Andy Lopez from "ChipsAway" has done. I highly recommend Andy Lopez and "ChipsAway" (remember though this is operator dependant on quality)

Andy does the East Herts area so if you are within 20 or so miles of HERTORD then give him a call on 07811 106495 or 01992 505638.

He is even coming back on Thursday to give the rub down repair a final polish as he said it still had a bit of orange peel (i'm blowed if I could tell).

So it is top marks from me Oh and he has just left
10:30 to 16:30 and still at agreed price. Which was excellent

All the best
Pete

I am not sure he would want me to say on here

But believe me it was very very good

It cost me more to get my wing resprayed after it was attacked with a screw driver

I think it's a case of the more there is to do the cheaper it appears (if you get my drift)
Give him a call and get a quote (mention me)

A lot cheaper per hour than any Garage.... That's for sure

All the best
Pete

Does he remove dings from aluminium bonnets? My MY02 wagon is full of 'em, too many lorries causing debris to be flown in my direction, at least one has dented the fornt of the bonnet by 1/8" inch. Looks brutal.

I had chips on the bonnet, wings, doors & Roof
My bonnet looked like it had been peppered (if you know what I mean) I was more concerned with the Roof, doors and wings as I am thinking of getting a carbon fibre bonnet in the near future

He does not do dents altough other ChipsAway operators may
