WR1,
I just got a call from my dealer, they are getting one in tomorrow, so I'm of with the camcorder.
I should get mine by the end of next week, fingers crossed, so I'm told.

Will be nice to hear your views once you've seen the thing in the flesh as it were.
Your dealer must be a babe judging by people's comments

Honestly....???..
Sorry but IMO the colour is awful, if they wanted a colour to stand out they should have picked red. That Ice blue is going to melt into the background alongside all the Toyota Yaris and Daewoo matiz on the road.
I had only seen the piccies before hand and reserved judgement, but with my eyes it looked more stonewall blue than silver.
The interior looks crap compared to standard, bland and boring. Anyone who has kids is going to find it hard getting the sick stains out
They have added a tacky Wr1 badge on the wing which has a yellow background.
On the positive, the wheels are stunning (but anyone can buy them and look far better in gold on my black 03) and of course the dccd-a is a big bonus. Promised 320PS will be great if it delivers, but I don't want to trigger that debate again!!
30k though, not for me.

Just been in for a look at it, i think they're a bit bemused as to how people know it's there.
I asked nicely and was taken out the back for a look at it, sadly no test drive though.
It was in the middle of being washed (wasn't allowed to take a picture) but still looked pretty stunning, the wheels are particularly nice. The colour looks better than in the pics i've seen but like Matt i can't help but think that it'll blend in with lesser cars. Then again maybe that's not such a bad thing.
Interior looks not much different to a new WRX, DCCD switches (2?), and the WR1 gearknob. Could see much else that looked very special/different.
I do like it though, and if i had the money i'd probably think seriously about buying one. I think whoever has ordered that one will be happy with it.

BTW I think Clive beat me to it and was in there earlier looking at it

just one delivered, that goes out to the new owner tomorrow.
I picked my reg plate, sorted out insurance and Simpsons are saying that
it should be 7 days after that I get the car. They also need to original copy of the insurance, so come monday they should have everything they need to Tax the car and get the mods done.
Not a bad idea about the badges Ben, keep me posted of any ideas.
got my insurance with Direct Line for £784
