Manual vs Auto box on Forester turbo?
Anyone have any thoughts on which to choose? Most availability in the South East seems to be autos (due to traffic congestion), but I would have thought a manual would be a more satisfying driving experience.
How about you import guys, what do you have?

The Wife has a manual Forester XT, The gear throw is maybe a little long(compared with an STI) but you can still snick the changes in nicely. If I recall it's the same box as on the bugeye WRX.

The turbo auto Impreza is a hoot and with more power than standard it's a hoot x2.
You can have it both ways with an auto, manual shift for maximum involvement or leave it in D for an effortless journey.
Auto all the way.
