Help needed: WRX SL Wagon

Help needed: WRX SL Wagon
in my quest for a sporty, practical, sunroofed, manual UK Scooby, the Forester XT PPP is winning the battle for the head
but my heart wants the wagon
can any of you wagon owners help my poor old heart, and give it enough ammo to overrule the head? I know several of you have recently bought/are buying the SL Wagon - what swung it for you?

Can't help I'm afraid, went from a WRX wagon to a Forester S/tb.
Insurance is also 20% lower for me, even though it's an import, and the WRX was a UK model.

sunroofs can help resale for us shorties - I might have taken Dave Blows old wagon if only it had a sunroof - but I'm past my old wagon phase now - past my new wagon phase - and into my forester xt ppp phase - which has a bigger sunroof than my old esprit

Having owned both (Forester and now a MY02 WRX wagon I would say go for what suits YOUR circumstances. If you get the opportunity to drive flat out occasionally on a deserted B-road (within speed limits of course) then go for the WRX. If its a load lugger *** family carrier you are after that is as discreet as a pickpockets finger, then go for that. Its your choice and the Forester is a fine vehicle.
