Bodywork in need of some TLC
Hi all
My bodywork is in need of some TLC. Stonechips everywhere.
Secondly it was/is in need of a good polish, so with Maquires products to hand I set about it but I can not get rid of those tar spots and other comtaminents. Body work still feels like sandpaper
Tried Maquires tar remover, didn't do it. So I think I will call in the proffesionals.......
So my thoughts are stonechips first then a good valet
Can anyone recommend companies around the Harlow area.
1 for stonechips.
2 for Valet (does waxwizard still do house calls ?)
All the best
Pete

Mine has PPP with HKS Hyper system with standard downpipe and uppipe.
Your bhp with tec3 should be around 260+ I beleive. I'm sure people with your set up can correct me.
All the best

To remove tar spots, use a small amount of Flora margerine. Wipe the flora on to each tar spot & then leave for 10 mins. Then use a cotton towel & gently wipe off the flora & the tar spot.

i would go for a valet 1st, then you can re-assess how bad those stone chips are after touching them up. there is nothing more annoying than spending £500 having a frt end painted and then getting a stone chip three days later , howeverif your determined to get your stone chips painted then don't get the valet done first, the bodyshop won't love you for having a newly waxed and siliconed frt end to paint
