Question Low sulpher unleaded - A definate answer?

I know there was a similar topic a few weeks ago about what is the best unleaded grade to use in UK turbos, but I would like a little clarification...

1.Is it ok to use Low Sulpher 95 unleaded or will this damage the car?

2. Whats the difference between Super Unleaded and Optimax? They are both 98 grade aren't they?

Thanks!
