Best Spark Plugs to use?

If its pretty standard then stick to the recommended NGK PFR6B's.
Its 20 to 30 mins to change them 'cos the airbox and washer bottle need to come off unless you have arms like a mop handle.

Well good luck!
A bit differant I know, but my first turbo change was predicted to take about 3 hours..........................it took 20!!! Don't ask why 'cos its a long story! (about 20 hours actually!)

According to this months car mechanics, there is a new brand of plugs being released...
meant to give increase in petrol returns, performance etc..
i will look out the add,,
