Revolution STI V Upgrade Grill - How Do You Fit

I have in my hand an STI V upgrade grill from Revolution. My first thought (without offering it up to the car) are :
1. How does it fit/clip onto the slam panel.
2. Should the center bar (where tha badge fits) be colour matched to the car, or should it be Black along with the mesh.
