Dear Competitor,

We would like to request payment for the Scooby Shootout 2004, please send a cheque for £40 made payable to 'Trackday Plus Ltd' to the address below. Failure to receive your cheque by 30 April 2004 will result in your place being offered to someone else and you being placed on the reserve list. Payment to compete can not be accepted on the day. Refunds will not be given after 1st May 2004.

Date confirmed Bank Holiday Monday 31st May 2004, gates open at 8am, racing commences at 10am until 5pm. Any spectators coming to the event with you will need to pay £10 each on the gate on the day. Please dont forget your helmet and driving license.

Will you be cashing the cheques as soon as you recieve them? I know it's not a huge amount, but I always miss cheques and end up in a pickle at the month end!

after the first deadline of 30th april, any of the first 100 who have not paid will be moved to the reserve list and the current reserve list offered the spare places, so expect an email first week in May.

you will then receive payment instructions when added to the 100 list.

payment cannot be accepted on the day.

 

You should have mine-sent on tuesday 2nd class.

only just heard about the payment details, why wasn't an email sent out to all entires? luckily I saw this thread!

 

But Christian you never turn up anyway

 

a group email was sent out to all 100 entrants last month with the addresses they submitted, may have been classed as spam by some peoples ISPs though
