Welch Group Cambridge

A couple of days ago I drove thru some road works where they were resurfacing the road. I got to the end of my journey, got out of my car and stared in horror at a couple of large lumps of tar that had flicked up of the wheels on to the wings above the wheel arches. I tried removing this stuff with soap and water and all I did was smear it further. I rang my local dealership up for advice and they told me to bring it in and they would remove the tar, free of charge, which they did.
10 out of 10 for customer care. I am the first to moan when I receive crap service, but I also like to recognise good service.

I agree with you Darren, I have a dealer not 200 yards from my house, who were not even slightly interest in the Barrier Deadlock. Spoke to a very nice man at Welch, who said it would be no problem. Top Marks for Welch Group Cambridge
