For all of you that have it, please turn to page 19 of the haynes subaru impreza turbo book by Chris rees.
Now read the highlighted grey panel.
Does anyone know anything about this? When i brought my 1993 wrx import last January i needed to change my v5 and when i got it back, it declared it as a 1.8 GL!
The only problem is that the engine exploded (big end) and have had it replaced with a new engine. Could my car have been one of the very first imports to this country or has this happened to alot of people?
