Looks like it is on the licence for another year (total of 4), but is not counted in the 12pts in 3 years totting up procedure.

Presumably when applying for insurance now this is also outside of the 'motoring convictions in the past 3 years' bit?

And in an other year when it does come off, it is another £19 to get the replacement paper bit!

I think you will find that the insurance companies ask for convictions in the last 5 years.

That's because even though you don't have any valid points that count on your license, they still want to load your premium as much as possible.
