Service manuals?

Service manuals?
I am over here in the U.S.A. and I am trying to find wiring diagrams or service manuals for a 1997 WRX STi RA. Its impossible to get anything here because the car was never sold here. There is a web site from subaru where you can pay $20 and download the service manuals in PDF format for 36 hours. They only have U.S. models though . Is there anything like that on in the UK? Austrailia? Where could I get what I am looking for?
Thanks a lot in advance for any ideas or suggestions you may have!

Hmm. still no luck. With ebay, everything I find for MY97 doesnt specify if it has the WRX/STi supplement or not. And the sellers have not replied to my e-mails.
Is there a place I can simply purchase these, either a website or a phone number of someone I can contact to purchase what I need and have it shipped to the U.S.
Man, I wish I lived somewhere where they had cool cars...
