hi just been on the phone to the sva section and they say that any imported car registered after april 95 will need to buy a model report.
but the guy did mention that people are aplyying for the sva without a model report via a LOOPHOLES.
does anybody know what these are and whats the best way to get around this model report please could somedy shed some light on this for me

Some SVA testers have the model reports. try ringing SVA UK Ltd 02380335120, they should certainly be able to help you

I was told yesterday that if you book your import in for SVA now (via the chassis number) then you have 12 months to actually get the test done.

The person I spoke to has cars booked in for SVA that haven't left Japan yet.

cheers guys will do that but does anyone know that if i book em in now i dont have to get the model report then also how much is one of these dammed reports
