I know many people complain for delay on Scoobysport orders and had myself a similar problem when ordered my full decat system from them.
Although I have to say congratulations to their company for the great exhaust.
Tonight with my decated WRX03 I beat twice two standard 03STIs from 2nd gear/3000rpms to 220km!
Yes it’s true and measured with DeltaDash(heavy smoothing) my car gave me 235ps on the wheels with 100RON fuel and 12-13C ambient temperature!
I am going to replace the Scoobysport back box with a standard STI one as don’t like the extra noise but even without it I am sure my car flies!
So if you are going to cancel your order think twice, I have no connection with Pete (I am from Greece and have never seen them) and I am sure H&S exhaust that is similar design will give if not the same at least good results but have to mention what have seen with my own eyes!
