Changing Brake pads & Discs

Changing Brake pads & Discs
The discs and pads need replacing on my MY00 turbo UK spec soon. Will be doing it myself (have done it on other cars, fords etc) but will I need any special tools/sockets etc specific to Subaru to get the discs & calipers off etc?
Advise greatly appreciated.
For those that advised last week on the insurance, saved £200 by moving from Direct Line to Liverpool Victoria, bargin!
Now will be spending my saving on the discs and pads! DOH!
Thanks in advance
Martin

It's a straightforward job and no special tools are required. Wire clip and two pins out to remove the front pads, couple of (either 14 or 17mm I think) bolts to release each caliper from the upright and the discs are free to come off (turn a bolt through the hole in the disc if it's stuck on).
As for spending your saving wisely, www.sapmotorparts.com for the discs (£35 + VAT each), and then somewhere like www.asperformance.com for some Mintex 1144's or similar low cost "warm road" pad.
