I can think of several reasons of not even considering this advert when surrounded by lots of others like it:-
1, No telephone number - mobile only - looks & sounds dodgy
2, No price - not even a guide - puts people off who are either too polite to put in a offer which offends or go in too high and get robbed.
3, Not many people want a modded 2nd/3rd hand car - most people want to buy a clean, unmodded, cared for, driven by old lady car, then mod it themselves if they want. A modded car to a potential buyer means bollocked from here to eternity.
4, No pics in initial post
All the above meant in a constructive way - I'm sure your car is very nice but you asked for advice why it wasnt selling and I'm giving you some advice.

You need to state 3 things:-
MILEAGE
PRICE ...... offers just doesn't bring in any, you KNOW what you want - add 10% and haggle
LANDLINE Tel.No. AND E-Mail
The photo shows NO front end ..... why?
Also, take off the Lexus lights and sell them privately - put it back to std. - sadly, as it stands it looks like its owned by a RoyBacer (which isn't a good selling point!)
Number ONE is state a PRICE!!
Hope this helps

I must agree that no price is a no-no. For most people that's the first thing they look at. Even pitching it high is better, people will still call looking to knock you down, and if you want a quick sale then maybe you will. Or maybe some daft sod will pay the asking price
I don't think just the mobile matters though, mobiles are a way of life for all of us. As long as you let them come to your house to see it then I can't see anyone being worried.
As for mods, depends what they are are. Your list tells me your someone who really looks after your car and is more interested in looks than performance - I would be interested if I was looking. FSH on a car that age is priceless...
Nice car, but you really need to come up with a figure so that people instantly know if it's within reach or not....
