Do all Knocklinks look the same?
I need to have one fitted to my Classic MY00.
Where should i be going to get one of these fitted . I live in East Anglia.
Will they just stick to the dash and look ugly? Or is there a choice?
many thanks.

Easy enough to fit yourself.
Involves:
1. Remove a bolt from the block.
2. Replace with a longer bolt, attaching the sensor between the block and the head of the bolt.
3. Plug the sensor in to the loom provided, having threaded the loom into the engine bay from inside the cabin.
4. Connect the red and black wires that are left to the back of the cigarette lighter.
Knocklink up and running.
Can be ordered from loads of places including BR Developments, Roger Clark Motorsport, etc,
Quite a few guys have taken the display unit apart, cos it looks so ugly/bulky. They then ditch the boxy casing and rewire the leds allowing them to be mounted very discretely into the moulding around the instrument panel, the cup holder, gauge pods, etc. If you're not such a perfectionist you can display just the leds without having to rewire them.
