Default what is a knocklink

what is a knocklink,i know it stops you from killing your car,anybody know wheres closest to st helens (merseyside) to get one fitted and how much,thanks.

A knocklink will warn you of DET so that you can back off the power and prevent further damage to the engine. Its a must for modified and import vehicles.
Its basically a small square box with LED's which flash incrementaly with the level of noise and the last RED led indicates DET.
