SPEEDING!!!
if you think paying a £60 fine for speeding is tough, spare a thought for Jussi Salonoja. He might be one of Finland's richest men, but because his country operates an income-based penalty system, the 27-year-old has been hit with the world's highest-ever fine - £115,218 for doing 50mph in a 25mph zone.
Now that's what I call a fine!!!!

The fact it is income based is crap in the first place. Means poor people speeding is not as serious as rich people speeding. Or can poor people not afford cars that go fast enough?
With a fine at £100k + though that guy must be seriously rich for a 27 year old. He will probably get it back in interest this year.
