Anyone buying a WR1 got a delivery date yet?
Just wondered if anyone who has one of these on order has heard anything at all from the dealer yet.
Cheers
Soon(ish hopefully) to be WR1 owner...

Don't suppose you happen to know what sort of delivery date they were given or would you be able to find out please? Just curious as to when people are expecting the first batch of WR1's.
Thanks

I saw a couple on a transporter in France yesterday, going from Calais to Paris on the E15
Doesn't bring much to this thread, but not many have seen 2 together

I really like the colour as it happens and so do my wife and kids. My current car is Green and neither the wife or kids like that so they are very happy with the colour of the new one

Saw two transporter loads going down the M1 past Sheffield 2 weeks ago today. How long does it take to PDI them etc at IM?

Hardly just PDI. Fit tracker, fit Cat 1 alarm, add more underseal (allegedly). Then to Prodrive to fit springs, bump stops, wheels and tyres, new exhaust, mod ECU, change fuel pump and finally fit the nasty, nasty, horrid chrome grille. Oh and a numbered, whoopydoo, plaque to the dash.
I would guess the first few will go to the magazines for review.
Then I guess it's down to whether they send them out as they're done one at a time or if they will stockpile 200 and send one out to each dealer all together.
Can you imagine the whinging on here if Joe Smith in London got one a month before Fred Bloggs in Manchester who put his deposit down 2 days earlier than Joe did?
