I've had a RoadAngel for some time now and have always been paranoid that some scumbag will pinch it out of the car if I leave it in there, so have always taken it out with me, which along with the stereo makes for a cumbersome pocketful in the pub!!

What do you do?

Leave 'em both where they are. Not bright, but I am idle. Never had an issue with it as yet.

I put mine in the glove box too.... but thieving scum could be reading this so I'm not going to put it there any more!!!!

I know waht you mean though, its embarrassing sitting in the pub with the table cluttered up with mobile phones, stereo fronts and speed camera detectors!

I use to untill a friend of mine had his window smashed in town and all that they took was his road angel.For the sake of putting it out of sight then i think it well worth the extra 10 secs or so.IMHO

i would "guess" stealing them is not that common as once reported stolen they can never resync ?

... then again the dilberts that would nick them wouldn't know or care i ... oh well.

mwp re sync, exactly and for that reason i always leave mine on show and at the end of the day i couldnt be bothered to keep hiding the wires each time either - the wires kind of give the buggers a clue something could be in the car so they smash a window anyway. Some of them will imo realise a road angel is no good to them and not bother if on show.... famous last words!

Left my blue i in the car sinceI got it a year and a hald ago. I do hide it if I am in a dodgy area though and when I go on holiday.

I had my car broken into a year ago.
I had one of those revolving front cd - radios. You cant remove this type

They smashed a window , wrecked the stereo trying to get it out and nicked my snooper and cd's from the glove box

Little fu%%ng ***** !!

I now have a removable front type cd and a replacement snooper.
At least hide them, or better still , take them with you.

You will regret it if your car is vandalised and your stuff is nicked
