Default STI Suspension

Im about to have leda coilovers on my STI 5 Type R and just wondered if my old stuff is actually worth anything? My car has done 45K

Careful what springs you put on, the 325 / 225 Leda recommend are a bit hard as I'm finding out now, I'm probably going to tone it down to 285 / 210 or there abouts,

i found 325/225 perfect for UK roads with the dampers set relatively soft.
