Buy second hand in March?

Is March the best time to wait to buy a scooby?
Im thing people should be trading in their MY99-00 for new ones round this time.

With each plate change the trade price drops further, as it will each month.
I would have though that there would be more bug-eye owners trading in at Subaru dealers (at 3-4 years old) now than the Classic shape. Just make sure you buy with a full Subaru warranty if you can as they are starting a age a bit now.
