Having just sold my STI8 (02 bugeye) well specced,everything was done and i mean everything!!! was thinking that i would have to leave the impreza crew for a year or so due to moving house,getting married etc,now due to a certain bloody women running off (hate women)am going to sod everything and get another scoob!!!!looked at a WR1 lovely car but slightly out of my monthly paymaent budget,so was thinking of a 03 STI 18s PPP Prodrive springs dont think a square boot lock is worth buying a brand new one so about a year old is going to be the way to go,think i should be able to get one for about 21/22000 from a subaru dealer as there will be quite a few around after march 1st due to people wanting the 04 model,there wont be loads i know but should be enough to get one with what i want on it for around that price,does everyone reckon thats the way to go OR shall i even mention the EVO 7/8 route,advice needed a bit confused!!!!

As long as you don't want the defi's back, they look real sweet in my STI9

I think you'll struggle getting one from a dealer with PPP and 18's at that price, i think you'll need to add a couple of k to it, a quick look on the subaru site shows standard 03's at 21995 or thereabouts.
