Charity event at the NBO

Our (mine & er in doors) PR company are arranging for a charity event for the Childrens Society at Lightwater Valley which ,if enough interest is shown, will be at LightWater Valley on the same day as the NBO.
Basically each person who is going to be sponsored will have to raise at least £100 each.
The event is to sit on "THE ULTIMATE" rollercoaster for one hour -non stop-
there is limited room and we can only cater for 70 people on the ride, the people involved may get free tickets for the park on the day of the event and it will be held either just before the park opens or just after the rides are closed, we will also be talking to Yorkshire Television to try and get TV coverage of the event, which shouldn't be difficult as we have done this before.
Anyone seriously wishing to be sponsored for the event should contact me by e-mail as per profile, leaving your nickname, real name and return e-mail address
Thanks
Phil

Phil,
At first I thought his would be a doddle. But remembering the distinct feeling of my stomach contents trying to leave my body after a 4 minute roll on the Big 1 in Blackpool, I had second thoughts.
But then I thought of all those little kids.. and the joy they would get (indirectly with £7k to spend) from seeing my breakfast eaten only a few hours before.
Put me down as no 75 on your list and I'll stump up some cash regardless. Even help out on the day if you need any.
C'mon peeps. All in a good cause, and there MUST be someone harder than me around here?

The arrangement with Lightwater Valley so far is -round 'n' round-
non stop
the coaster is supposed to be the longest in the world, lasting about 3 mins I think, so its only "20" circuits

as stated in the first post, anyone who wants to have a go at this can you email me with your SNet name , real name and email address.
this will only go ahead if we can get 70 people to do it.
thanks to those who have already responded, but we still need a lot more people to join in

What is the exact date (me bit fick, not kno wot NBO means), cos if it's in the hols then i should b able to, otherwise it's a bit too far for me. But for those who are comsidering it, i've been on the Ultimate, and it isn't, iirc cos it was bout 10 yrs ago when i last was on it, as puke inducing as the likes of the big one, nemesis air et al.

Thanks to the people that sent me mail, unfortunately though ,not enough people on SNet are prepared to help a good cause by giving up an hour of their time
The event will still be taking place sometime this year , so I'll contact everyone that was interested.
Regards
Phil
