PPP was a great improvement over the standard STI, but now i'm getting used to the extra power I'm wondering what I could do next to increase the bhp still further without affecting warranty.

Any ideas / experiences greatly appreciated

Nothing....
Any other mods outside the PPP will invalidate your warranty, your only option is to buy a faster car

Buy a subaru quickshift and suspension upgrade, you might be able to extract the power better then?
