Question

Does anyone know how long the car battery is covered on wawwanty-car is a MY01(just over 2yrs old)

Hi,
If you have a look in your 'Service and Warranties' booklet you'll see a section entitled 'Terms and conditions' and 'Whats not covered'. Section B says anything which needs to be replaced under normal wear and tear isn't covered.. e.g. clutch.

My m8 had his battery go after 8 months and had it changed under warranty.

You can always give your dealer a bell and argue the point. Most new batteries by a reputable compnay hold 3-5 year warranties so i reckon u got a good chance of a swap.

battery is covered, i had mine replaced under warranty, 2 year old P1
