I subscribed to Litchfield email list on a tip from a mate...
but what is the type25?? Is it a JDM special/Limited edition? Or is it something that Litchfield Imports have put together?
just curious..

If I was in the market for a new car, I'd definately wait for this to come out

Not wishing to speculate, but I would guess that it's going to be a STi Spec C, with the US 2.5l STi engine (300 bhp as standard), which would be nice. Would have thought you could possibly get the 'sport' exhaust that Litchfields do for STi's with it too, and who knows maybe upgrade brakes and suspension.

I'm on the list too, as I'm a curious old soul

Pssst.

If anybody is going to the Autosport Show at the NEC, I believe the Type25 will be available to see on (IIRC) the Samco stand. Not 100% on that though.

Again, not 100% sure, but I believe Litcho will be taking a Type25 to the Bedford SIDC track day in early February. But don't quote me..

If I were guessing, I'd say it will be slightly more than the Spec C with 2.5l block, Milltek exhaust and other 'normal' Litcho upgrades... there may be other 'bits' that really need uprating at the same time....!

All of the parts that are fitted to the Spec C (or whatever it is )to make the T25 should also be available for retro fit to the UK and JDM STi - for a price.

Not that I'm seriously contemplating this or anything....
