This morning I recieved a Letter with the green and red parts of a V5 document. The New keepers details have been filled in as Christopher Roberts in Sheffield....

Why I recieved it I don't know and why they have my address details is weird??

Its for a Impreza Turbo 4WD, Regestration M789 ###..

Does anyone no him? Might be of some use to the rightful owner as it proves he owns the car..

If you were a bit shifty you'd send it back to the dvla with a change of ownership and then report the car stolen.....

Nope just joking, I'd call the old owner up as his/her address should be on the slip...

maybe it's some dodgy scam ie car bought with cash for use in robberies etc, then you'll get hassle from the cops as it's registered to your address.

I'd take it to the old bill and ask them to run a check on the car and maybe find the address of the last owner for you.

i had something strange like that happen before, i had a my97 impreza turbo, had a letter from my insurance company for a quote for a p1 at my address but not my name come through the door, strange, phoned the ins co but they say they knew nothing about it
